Drug Dealers update

Suggestion: Allow NCA to talk to drug dealers and potentially gain intel from them on a recent sale. For example, You talk to a dealer and it says "In the last 10 minutes, NAME has sold SOLD ITEM" This would add extra RP to NCA and also allow us to chase people down who have recently sold drugs
How it will benefit the community: It will definately add a new level of roleplay for the likes of NCA and drug suppliers. Drug runs would have to be a lot more careful as to not get caught by NCA.

Not a bad idea, just think it should be like a chance thing like they could tell you or they could just say something like I don't know who they are or nah, nothing to do with me. Think it would add some more things for NCA to do.
