2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: Random Death Match, 1: John joins the server cause he is bored, get a weapon and starts to kill people for fun. 2: William is walking around and sees a cop, he then kills that cop for the reason "i dont like police" ( RDM, Killing people with no valid RP reason)
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: New Life Rule, 1: william dies in a bank robbery and then proceeds to come straight back kill the police again. 2: John died by billy 2 minuets ago, he then proceeds to call the cops on billy for killing him ( this would be NLR as you are in a new life and you should not remember the past)
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: Fear Roleplay, 1: Lets say, a cop was arresting john for robbing a bank, there where 3 cops with firearms pointed at John and John proceeds to pull out a gun and shoot them. 2: Billy is taking Joe hostage and has a gun to Joe's head, Joe then runs away. ( FearRP, you have to value / fear for your life like you would IRL)
2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is where you are prejudice against people for their sexual orientation, such as, Making fun off of them for being gay. Homophobia can be called upon when saying certain words / slang like Faggot as such.
1, Calling someone a faggot because they are gay and they do not like who they are. 2, another way of being homophobic is saying, fuck gays no one likes them.
2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is where someone is being prejudice or discriminating against anyone for the colour of their skin, race and where they are from.
1, Someone dislikes the black race and calls people who are black of colour a ni**ger, etc. 2, i cant really think of another reason but i do understand and have the knowledge of what racism is.
Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:
2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? i would TP Joe to a suitable location and make sure the staff sit will not interrupt anyone's RP, i then would ask Joe what had happened and explain in full detail, also asking if he has any recordings or evidence. After hearing Joe's side, i would then TP William to the Situation, i then would explain to William the reason is here, then ask William for his side of the story (although Joe may have a video of him doing so, everyone should have the right to speak within defence) and gather as much info as possible (mean while all doing this while checking logs). Then if all is correct i would explain to William that he will be getting a warning for stealing an ambulance. ( if it was his first offence/new to the server, i would give a verbal warning or more than likely jail him for 10 minuets to read over the rules) then explain to Joe that he did advert Carjack however he still stole an NHS Vehicle.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First off, i would TP Joe to a valid area not interrupting anyone's RP and proceed to ask Joe what had happened in detail, after Joe explains i will ask if he has a clip of what happened. after reviewing the evidence and listening to Joe and would TP William to the staff sit and explain why he is here. I would then ask for William if he could explain why he had killed Joe and 6 others, then ask if he has any evidence in his defence. Whilst looking at all the evidence and putting both side together i would be checking logs. After coming to the conclusion after reviewing all evidence and hearing what had to be said, i would make my verdict and tell Joe that William will not receive a punishment due to William advertising a PD raid before killing anyone, also make sure both sides are happy with the outcome. And if Joe was not involved with the PD raid and William still killed Joe, i would either Verbal warn or warn depending if he is new/ first offence. or Warn him if otherwise.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Well i would TP both to a suitable location not interrupting anyone's RP and question Joe first then William and ask for evidence. After reviewing evidence i would explain to Joe, he is not allowed to build on the sidewalk as only Hobos can do so, and also explain that He technically had a right to kill William but since he built on a sidewalk which make it a non valid base it would be classed as RDM, and explain what rules state so and why. then talk to William that he is fine for walking in the base with no advert since it is not a valid base, then explain that when he died he came straight back and killed Joe and sold his drugs that i will be warning him for NLR / RDM ( i would ask for a second staffs opinion if i should warn for FTA since it was not a valid base and not a valid Raid) also asking William if he could return Joes money back from the drugs, and if he refuses i would give Joe the money if i have enough.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would Tp Joe to a suitable location to not interrupt anyone's RP, then ask Joe why he Bombed a PD meeting, after Joe explains i will ask for evidence of his innocence, If Joe really was Sorry and is was done by mistake, i would explain to Joe that he needs to be more careful and read the rules a bit more also to pay attention to chat when as a Jihad. I then would more than likely ( depending on how bad the sit was) Warn him / ban for 24 Hours. Also making sure Joe and everyone understand why the outcome was such.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? Well i think you should choose me over other applicants as people know me within river side and have been Previous staff before, Know i know i was not the best and liked person on RS, but i am willing to changed a do better than before. I also put effort into my application, I have good knowledge in staffing in Gmod and other games like Five M as a current staff for the biggest server there. Overall i think you should choose me as i would be a good member to the team and is willing to put time and dedication to help and make the server better for people to play.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? Well, i would explain to the parties of the situation that i dont really understand what to do and to bare with me while i ask another member of staff for any help.
