I would ask Joe if he had clipped William not advertising the carjack. At the same time look at the logs for a lockpick being used by the same name around the same time. Then I would teleport to William to see what kind of vehicle he stole. If it's an NHS vehicle and I see that he did take it. Then I would bring both in a sit to check the amount of warns William has. If he doesn't have any for “crimes against the NHS” I would give him a verbal for the stolen NHS vehicle and tell him to read up on the rules. But if he already has some warns for this rule break, I would give him a warning for his "crimes against the NHS".
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would bring Joe into a sit room. Then look at the chat history to see if any advert came from William. Next, I would ask Joe where he was in the time before his death. If Joe was inside the PD raid. I would explain to Joe that William had a RP reason to shoot him during the raid. But if Joe was not near/inside the raid I would give William a warning for “RDM” or “ARDM”.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would bring both players into a sit and check logs to see if William adverted the raid as well as asking for proof from both sides. If they both have proof, I would warn Joe for “building on the pavements as a dealer”. I would explain only hobos can build on the pavement. Next, I would warn William for “FTA” if neither had a clip of him adverting and “NLR” since he came right back after death. If he did in fact advert before raiding Joe would still be warned for “building on pavements as a dealer” and William would get a warn for “NLR”. Before adding his warn I would check the time stamps between him dying and coming back to make sure it was a rule break though.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would pull Joe into a sit and check the time of the PD meeting advert in chat if it was after Joe’s bomb advert, I would release Joe since he adverted before thus not breaking any rules. But if it was after the PD meeting advert I would give Joe a ban for “Mass RDM” since he’s killed 10 people while knowing a meeting is happening.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I have put 243 hours into the server in the last 2 weeks and I can guarantee at least for a while this number will not falter. I’m online and active most days except for when I have a lot of work and I have a good understanding of the rules.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? I would contact a higher up staff member and ask for advice while I watch them handle the situation to learn for future.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? Not on Gmod, but on Ark I moderated a server briefly and I have knowledge of moderation from previously owning a discord server with 13k+ people before it was closed for separate reasons.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: I am active daily. I have good patience when dealing with people. I am not a biased person regardless of how we have met previously.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: I may forget some obscure rules. I won’t be as active some days in the mornings due to Uni. My connection tends to get very bad due to bad Wi-Fi at my flat (but this will only be a problem for 2 more weeks as a repair has been booked).

I play regularly in early mornings GB times, and I find not a lot of staff on that late, if I was to become staff, I think the late night/early morning player base would enjoy the time more as we wouldn’t have random trolls RDMing or failing to advert raids due to them taking advantage of the lack of staff later. Id also like to staff since I’ve put a fair amount of time and money into the server and would like to help run it for other players now.
