RDM stands for Random Death Match. This means you can't kill someone without a valid Roleplay reason.
For example, BlackDiamond shoots Sin because he thinks it will be funny.
Example 2, MR Z kills Jakey because he doesn't like him.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR stands for New Life Rule. This means you can't come back to a Roleplay situation that you have died until atleast 5 minutes after you have died.
For example, G4BOH dies in a PD raid but decides to come back pretending he's a new character.
Example 2, Blackhole gets killed by Mr Nobody for stepping on his property (he had a KOS sign) but he thinks it's RDM so he comes back (instead of reporting it) to RDM him.

FearRP means that you must pretend you are your character when someone is pointing a gun at you and you are unarmed or outgunned if not you are allowed to shoot back.
For example, Spicy has a gun but 2 people are pointing a gun at him he realises this is FearRP and decides to surrender, leaving himself weak.
Example 2, Raful points a gun at Larry and tells him what to do.

Homophobia is when someone is biased towards Homosexuals, this regularly means you dislike them or think its an insult to be Homosexual
For example, Someone calls Lamea a Fa&$ot because he dislikes him (Lamea isn't Homosexual)
Example 2, Peanuts says "Tyla is gay" Tyla immediately reports this to John Fries which then checks his warns and sees he has been warned once for homophobia then bans him.

Racism is when someone is biased towards a race of people, this regularly means you dislike them or think its an insult to be that race
For example, Aaron calls John Fries a Ni$&er because his character his black.
Example 2, Rando suggests Legal Lee to join the Royal Syndicate because he is a Muslim who claims that "The RS is like terrorists and you are a Muslim"
Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:
2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Step.1: Bring William and Joe on top of the courthouse for a sit and listen to their arguments knowing he did steal an ambulance.
Step.2: Check the chat logs to see if he adverted carjack, and realizes he has.
Step.3: Tell Joe that he did advert and take him back, and tell William that stealing NHS vehicles is against the rules and check his warns using !warns.
Step.4: Then seeing he has no warns Jail him for a reasonable time and warn him for "Stealing NHS Vehicles" whilst telling him to use !motd to read the rules.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Step.1: Bring William and Joe on top of the courthouse for a sit and listen to their arguments and ask for any clips.
Step.2: Check the chat logs to see if he did or did not advert PD Raid, and realizes he hasn't.
Step.3: I would then check the logs to see how many people he's killed. and I would also check his warns to see if he has any prior bans or warns.
Step.4: I would tell them both that "William will be banned for MRDM & Lying to staff" and ban William and return Joe
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Step.1: Bring William and Joe on top of the courthouse for a sit and listen to their arguments and ask for any clips.
Step.2: Tell Joe that you cannot build on the sidewalk as a Drug Dealer and need to be a Hobo/Hobo King
Step.3: Tell William that even though it is a base on a sidewalk he still should've adverted raid. And the fact that he came back and killed William is NLR.
Step.4: I would check both William and Joe's warns to see if they have had any before. If they haven't I would warn and jail Joe for building on the sidewalk and ban William for NLR and failure to advert
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Step.1: Bring William and Joe on top of the courthouse for a sit and listen to their arguments.
Step.2: Check the logs to see how many people he killed.
Step.3: Warn Joe for MRDM and jail him.
Also I dont know what the "Jihad" job is but it's probably just a terrorist

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
Honestly, I might not be the "best" but I possess all the skills that you’re looking for. Also I am a pretty fast learner and not afraid to ask for help so even if I don't know something at first I will hopefully be able to grow and be a better part of the community!
Also, my dedication to the server might prove well in the staffing environment because when I play on the server whenever someone needs help I am always there to teach them!
Finally, you should choose me over other applicants because most of the time I am free to help whenever you need me and am a great team player!
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would contact the staff that are already on the server to ask for help if in the circumstance there is no staff members on I would contact the staff via discord to ask how to solve this.
If none seem to work at the moment I would give the rule-breakers a verbal whilst I wait and send there names to the more professional admins and give and give them what they deserve when I get an answer. This might not be the most practical way to do it, it is what I would do until I found or get told a better way to handle this type of situation.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
None but the fact that I am a pretty fast learner should be able to whip me into shape pretty fast. Also I have played loads of other G-Mod servers and have lots of experience with the staff in them.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
Strength 1. I love helping people and will always try and help as best I can.
Strength 2. I am pretty active and a fast learner.
Strength 3. I am pretty calm and relaxed so if there is anyone who doesn't understand something I would be glad to help them as best as I could.
Strength 4: I am pretty creative and can help anyone with events if they need it.

Weakness 1. I find it difficult to be strict as a staff member I will obviously do what I should but it will be hard having to be strict with people even if they know what they are doing wrong
Weakness 2. I might forget the rules and punishments from time to time but having the staff handbook open at all times should help me remember them
Weakness 3. Too active, I might get burnt out every so often but when I do my breaks are only about 5-7 days long
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I love Riverside Roleplay and want to help out the community but I also want to gain experience as a staff and hopefully the staff position will be great.
Since I joined the server I have seen loads of staff members and whenever I would need them I would @ them and they would come and if this gets accepted I will be able to help the new players of the server and get them into RSRP.
Also one of the main things I want to do as a staff member is make the server more fun. The server is super fun already but making events or helping add new suggestions!
