Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:

2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM or also known as Random Death Match means killing a player for absolutely no Roleplaying purposes.
1. Chris hops out of a car, shoots and kills Jeff for no reason.
2. Cole and Ben have a disagreement outside of PD and because of that disagreement Ben kills Cole for no reason.

2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR or also known as New Life Rule means a person which has died from a previous situation must forget and must not re-enter that situation even if the situation is still ongoing.
1. John has died from a PD raid and as soon as he respawns he goes back to that situation.
2. Jeff was killed from a guy mugging him, after his death he respawns, finds the same guy and kills him for the reason of him killing him earlier

2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP is when a person is faced with a Life or Death situation and he must roleplay as if his Life is actually endangered.
1. Jacob is being chased by the cops, he ditches his car, the cops catch up and while pointing guns at him they tell Jacob to stop but Jacob keeps running away from them.
2. SCO-19 have Luke under gunpoint and tell him to stop moving, Luke gets out his gun and starts firing on them.

2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is fear, hatred or mistrust of people who are Gay, Lesbian, Trans etc.
1. PD will not help an individual just for the sole purpose of him being Gay
2. (X) person starts laughing and making fun of (Y) person because he is Trans.

2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is discrimination or antagonism from a person, group of people or a community against another person or group of people which are of a different colour or ethnicity.
1. NHS won't help a dying person because of their skin colour.
2. (X) person bullies (Y) person because of their skin or ethnicity.

Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
First I would bring them both to a place where we 3 can all talk, I would tell Joe that he did Advert Carjack and his claim is wrong but he did it upon a NHS vehicle which violates rule B15 and rule D11 which clearly state that stealing a NHS vehicle and committing crimes against them unless a specific situations is prohibited and I would remind William the rules again and warn him for "stealing NHS vehicle".

2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? If the person was outside the PD to no threat of the raid itself and William did kill him that would be considered RDM and he would get warned, but if Joe was inside the PD during a PD raid threatening the raid itself then he has not committed RDM but I would also check the logs just to check if William did advert "PD raid" and if Joe himself was inside the PD.

2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First I would inform William that he has Raided a base without adverting which violates rule D4 and after getting killed he comes back to the same situation and kills Joe which is breaking rule B1 which is NLR or New Life Rule. William would get 2 warnings for "Raiding a base without adverting" and "NLR" and if possible would try to get Joe his drugs back.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Joe definitely saw the Advert that William did and him Adverting "Bombing" after that is violating rule B14 which clearly states that during a PD meeting no major crimes are allowed to happen and Terror/Bombing is a Major Crime. I would inform Joe of the rules again and warn him for " Major crimes during a PD meeting" and also "MRDM" or also known as Mass Random Deathmatch for killing those 10 people


Section C: Questions

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
At the end of the day is your pick on who gets accepted or not, but I can say that I really want to help the Staff team making the server better and more enjoyable for everyone, I know my rules but even If I manage to forget a rule there are plenty of higher ups and more experienced staff to correct me and push me to my best.

3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
Of course reading the handbook is a must especially if you are a staff member but incase I don't know how to handle a situation I would call a higher up to come and help me because he is more known to these types of situations than me.

3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yes, I have been staff in a MilitaryRP server, PoliceRP and also DarkRP

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
1. As a person I am very composed and so that may help me in staff sits to better calm the person and find out the truth eventually
2. I am very focused, when I do my job I try to do it as best I can and and leave a good mark on the server.
3. I'm also a friendly guy that likes to get along with people, but that doesn't mean I am not serious when the situation happens to be so.

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
Tbh I really don't know my weaknesses, but with individual help or even staff help I could probably see my weaknesses and correct them.

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
Well since I was a little kid actually I would play gmod for hours at a time, and I really wanted to be staff in those servers I played but for my age that was a bit of a problem. Tbh I have always enjoyed being staff and I have fun solving problems out and its been that like always. I just feel like I would have a good time with the staff team and working with them, helping when I can and getting help when I need it. I am also eager to learn, any mistake I make or any misunderstanding I have about something, I am happy for someone to correct me so that I can be my better self and also work to making the server greater.


3.7: Do you have any disabilities (or other issues) that may impact your ability as staff?
None.


Have you received any help when creating this application?
Besides on having some more clear definition on what homophobia and racism is so I could post a more formal application, no. I haven't had anyone help me.
