Information about the incident. Please include as much detail as possible: It starts off with me and my friend driving about in our car. Harlz and his friend then decide to break check us for no reason, leading up to a pretty heated argument. In this argument Harlz decides to call my friend this "Shut up your a FOREIGN pasta muncher go kill yourself" i then get reported for rdm by him, in this report i then decide to bring up that he called me multiple discriminatory slurs. After that he openly admits to and only recieves a warning. Since when has Riverside tolerated openly being racist and telling other people to end them selves, receving this little of a punishment forsuch outrageous statements is quite insane to me. This really doesnt set a good example for new players being a new player they might begin to think that being openly racist is okay since they see people in the chat only getting warnings for this, this report is both a suggestion aswell as a report since if this keeps on everyone on Riverside will have adapted to being openly racist aswell as telling people to kill themselves everytime something goes wrong for them, i think we should tighten up punishments for this sort of behavior so that riverside will be a friendly roleplay server for everyone foreign or native too enjoy and have a fun time roleplaying. This is it for me and i hope action will be perfomed for this sort of behavior. Why not work together to create a friendly and fun roleplay environment for everyone so we all can enjoy the good old riverside. (Sorry for grammar mistakes)

I'd like to note sometimes people don't even receive a warning. Someone was impersonating (changed and i to an L) me in OOC a week ago. They kept spamming "Selling Child Porn | DM me". It was quite obviously malicious and quite disgusting.

However, out of all that, the person only got a chat mute (no warning, no ban). They only got banned after 10 minutes of being in spawn saying the N word. Even then, the sit took around 10 minutes to finish.

On the other note, telling somebody to "Go kill yourself" in RP is kind of acceptable (no matter how rude). On the other note, racism OOC and IC should never be permitted.

What he said is not really racist and normally they just get gagged or muted depending where they have said it too, and are told not to say kill your self to people and I will tell him to not say those things from now on.

Fanatical call a staff member and if the they do not deal with it then make a staff report and if there are no staff members on then make a player report with a clip or screenshots of it.
