Quick question, If im in an RP scenario, get into a shootout, I get killed. And then I leave, how could I be banned for LTARP?

as until you respawn you are apart of that situation as nhs may come and revive you giving pd a chance to arrest you it is a very fine line but yes its considered ltarp

most to nearly all time their no paramedics on to do that some time
some of use have real stuff to do in real world ie, work, ect

Because they haven't fully killed you. Until you respawn you are basically bleeding out and waiting to be revived.
