Make it mandatory (again) for Police to advert for a lawyer if requested

How will this benefit the community:

The Lawyer job has been completely ruined since PD can now deny a lawyer request at their own discretion. I spent 3 hours as a lawyer the other evening and had 0 adverts for a Lawyer to PD despite players asking for one when arrested, but they were being told no because it’s easier for the Police and all officers have been given permission to deny anyone a lawyer.
The PD shouldn’t have the option to just immediately jail a player and get an easy 50k, if a player wants to be on the PD then they should have to engage with the arrest/lawyer process fully. Also changing this would actually give the lawyer and judge players something to do on the server again.

-1 99% of the time, if the lawyer is accepted it always goes through court and the judge is corrupt and doesn't take anything seriously. This is just for me idk bout anyone else

Its Changed, The Arresting Officer is in charge of if the suspect gets a Lawyer. Its not PSD case anymore. Its not mandatory to get a Lawyer if you get arrested for 4+ years.
