Denied Meth crate cancollide with cars

Suggestion: Make meth crates, and pallets be able to collide with cars.
How this will benefit the community: It will make it so you actually have a chance to get to the dropoff point at Leslie Green, rather than just waiting to get the drop-off point at BP.

I know if you use the Ford Raptor, it does, but you have to disable and re-enable collisions using the C menu to get it to work IIRC.
Try using that on the vehicle you're using and it might fix it.
