I'd like to note that the possible reason was minging, however, I'd say all he did was in RP.

He ran into the courtroom during a case involving the Commissioner (Parks), a Commander and a CSUPT. Started speaking, was told to stop. Was told to leave afterwards but was kicked instead (from the server).

He rejoined, ran back to the courtroom. Approached the lower judicial bench, started saying "no" in chat which does a in-game verbal sound. Was told to leave again, got slain by a staff member and banned afterwards.
