How will this benefit the community: Having a money making opportunity anyone would love to use that builds a stronger and more tight knit community in the streets of Riverside will be fun for everybody, even fellow business owners who may want to advertise their business, or maybe you're just someone who wants to make your base more stylish with a painting, who knows!

A potential idea that would be great is to just make it the Painter responsible for reporting players who commission these "bad" images. Staff have chat logs to see these customers posting the links, im sure. Plus if the art dealer is the one making the bad images himself, just ban him lmao
