2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I'd bring both parties to a staff sit and listen to both sides of the story. I would inform Joe that William had adverted carjack. However, I would also inform William that stealing NHS vehicles is against the server rules, and I would check his warns to see if this was his first offense; if not, I would warn William for "Crimes Against NHS" and return him to his original location, while returning Joe to his NHS vehicle ( if he’s on NHS Job).
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I'd bring both parties to a staff sit and listen to both sides of the story; I'd check logs to see if William had adverted a PD raid or not, and to see where Joe was killed; if Joe was killed in PD, it wouldn't matter to William and would tell Joe that William can kill anyone in PD while raiding, and he'd be free to leave; however, if William killed Joe outside of PD, he'd be warned for RDM; and if William did not advert PD raid, I would request a higher ban permission from a higher staff rank to ban him for Mass RDM.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I’d bring both parties to a staff sit, and listen to both sides of the story; I'd tell Joe (the drug dealer) that he can't establish bases on the sidewalk and that he should switch to Hobo if he wants to keep building on sidewalks, but I'd warn William for FTA, RDM, and NLR. And he'd get a cooldown ban as he'd gotten three warnings.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I'd take Joe into a staff sit and inform him that he is not permitted to bomb or raid in "No Major Crimes" events, however I'd ask a higher-ranking staff member to ban him for Mass RDM.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I should be picked over other applicants for few reasons: I've past experiences in staff positions on several servers but not for too long. Furthermore, I have a clear understanding of the rules and have knowledge of ULX Commands, and know how to deal with situations professionally, and calmly without bothering others. I am a friendly person who enjoys trying new things, especially on this server. I want to prove to others that I am a good person in this community and want to help anyone who needs it.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? In this case, I would seek assistance from an experienced member of staff. If there aren't any staff members online, I'd inquire on the Discord staff chat / voice chat.

I want to be a Staff member to help the server from minge people because Garry’s mod is mostly filtrated with trolls/minges, who just make the server an unpleasant place to be, and I want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable role-play experience free of disruptions. I am also active on this server and would get good amount of staff time each week.
