I would bring Joe to a sit and ask what his side of the story was. Then i will bring William and ask his side of the story and make sure he knows that he cannot commit any crimes against the NHS and he has to advert Carjack when stealing a car. After validating, that he knows the rules and actually commited the crime i would warn him for Crimes against the NHS and FTA and i would link the server rules for him and advise him to familiarise himself with the rules.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would teleport Joe and ask for more details about his report. I would then teleport William and ask for his side of the story. If Joe and William were inside the PD and William had adverted PD raid i would let Joe know that he has adverted PD Raid and it automatically creates a hostile relationship between the raider and the officers. However if they weren't inside the PD i would william that you can only advert pd raid inside the pd and you cant harm officer outside the pd. Then i would warn him accordingly.

I would TP both William and Joe to ask what happened. Then i would bring up logs to verify Joes intent, whether he intended to do a bombing or just an excuse to MRDM. If he did advert bombing, i would warn joe for breaking the no major crimes rule as bombing is amjor crime, however if he didnt i would warn him for mrdm. i would then return both of them and assist william to make sure the pd meeting goes as planned with out any obstruction.

I have a good relationship with the community, both players and mods, whenever i see someone i always check up and ask how they are doing. I also work well with other people and have good teamwork skills which will aid me in my role. I have experience on the server, over a year, and i am familiar with how the server runs. I love playing this server and whenever i do i am simply great full for a platform to communicate with other players where we can have fun and enjoy RP.

I would resort to the staff guidebook, ask another staff member or speak to a senior [higher-up]

No this will be my first time in GMOD and i feel i am finally ready and its the perfect server/role for me.

School may get in the way meaning i will be active in the afternoon and on non working days.
