Denied RDM In a sit appeal

Why should we remove the warning? I was in a sit and Prospect advert Raid and left my base, he then went up to the corner of the street and was aiming a sniper at me, so in retaliation I shot him because from the sit I was in he has RDM-ed me twice so knowing him he was going to do it again so that's why I shot him. I have a clip of him aiming a sniper at me:

From what I have seen from the clip it is clear that you broke a rule so if he did the same and killed you while in a sit then do make a player report with proof.

Also in a admin sit there is no rp.
