Information about the incident. Please include as much detail as possible: He Used the hit menu to know someone placed a hit on him and i took it, he knows im a hitman because of my "suit" and shot me immediately when i entered the building which was UNOWNED.

Accepted. Due to the fact that he was using out of character knowledge to determine that you had a hit on him, then engaging in conflict before you is classed as meta gaming, therefor this report has been accepted and the player in question will be warned for "meta game".
