Rule D6 regarding NCA raids has been added.
An NCA Raid may be executed every 35 minutes. A Prime Minister must be online prior to initiating the raid. You must advert "NCA raid".

Be aware that rule D1 - D6 are global cooldowns, all the rest are client-side cooldowns. Ask a member of staff if you are unsure if a cooldown has passed.
