Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:

2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM means Random Death Match,
For example, you're walking down the street and get killed while no active RP is being placed with you.
For example, you're driving with your vehicle and get shot at for no reason
For example, you're building a base and get killed while having a building sign up.


2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR means New Life Rule
For example, if you get killed by someone at a gas station, NLR is when you return to the gas station you got killed and try to interact with what happened before.
for example, you're kidnaped by Terrorists or criminals, and you die at their base, you return to the base where you got killed is not allowed as it's NLR.
When you basically die at a place you start a new life.


2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FeaRP means that you do not fear or care for the RP situation, as in this case, you need to think like it is happening in real life
For example, you're being kidnaped by 3 Terrorists which are armed with a gun and you pull out a gun and start shooting them.
For example, you're being taken hostage in a PD raid and your weapons are taken away in RP and you still pull out a gun and start killing them while 3 guys are pointing guns at you.


2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples:
homophobia is defined as, mistrust of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual... etc
For example, you're hosting an event and you hear or know someone is gay and you remove him from the event just because he is gay.
For example, you deny entry to someone because he is(gay...).


2.5 What is racism and provide two examples:
For example, you're hosting a meeting in the PD everyone is getting promotions but the person who is promoting sees a black/Asian or other race and starts giving him no rights and removes him or doesn't give him a promotion
For example, you see or hear someone is another race, and you start slurring at him and calling him the N-word or anything that harms him just because he is another race.


Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will bring the NHS member to a safe spot and let him explain the story after I have heard everything I will bring William over to the sit, I will let William do the same and ask him to explain his side of the story if it's true and the puzzles match I will tell NHS member he did advert and did not fail to advert but in this case, we are talking about an NHS vehicle so I will tell William he is not allowed to carjack an NHS vehicle, I will punish William for carjacking an NHS vehicle and also tell him to read the rules. I will ask if they need anything else after that I will return both and give NHS member the vehicle back if it's still somewhere.

2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will bring Joe to a safe sport and let him explain the story after I have heard everything I will bring William to the sit and ask William his side of the story after I have heard everything I will check logs if this is true and that he adverted PD raid and was in PD, is so true and was raiding PD and Joe was inside PD I will explain Joe that he had rights to kill you as he was indeed raiding PD I will return both people and let him continue the PD raid.

2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will bring both people to a safe sport and let them explain the story to have a clear understanding of the situation, now that I know that Joe has the job of Drug Dealer I will explain firsthand that Joe is not allowed to base on the sidewalk as a Drug Dealer only hoboes can base on the sidewalk. I will tell Willaim he has to advert raid at all times when raiding a base/other things, I will tell William he is also not allowed to come back and kill Joe after he died there and by the same person. I will punish Joe for FailRP and give the following protocol and also Willaims for breaking NLR.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will bring Joe and tell him if he saw the advert or not. if so not I will tell him he wasn't allowed to do that and punish him for the right protocol.

Section C: Questions

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
because I am extremely dedicated and active.
I’m very approachable to people if anybody needs any help I can usually answer them.
I think I should be chosen over other applications because I’m active on the server for longer than 8-9 hours on the weekend, and on workdays up to 6-7 hours online. This might vary a bit if I have got schoolwork.
I can particularly contribute by giving ideas and feedback: I never hold myself or others back and encourage ideas, my ideas are guaranteed to help either the server or the team.
I have a lot of past experience with the staff, why I’m very active, always taking the tickets if I see them, and always giving good feedback to the users.
I’m always friendly, I have a lot of patience with other users, especially new players. I am always willing to take my time helping them and always loyal.
I would offer my knowledge of staffing and rules expertise to anyone needing help with the following. I would always like to hear both stories and don’t just ignore the other user. I give feedback fairly.



3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
If I received a situation I do not know or can't handle I will contact one rank higher than me by the chain of staff.

People that lie or waste your time on purpose.

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I want to be a staff member because I have got a lot of past experience as a staff member, and want to expand and learn even more about being a staff member.
I have been a staff member for many servers, Having a lot of experience from it. I have been part of GMOD since 2016 January 30, and I have gotten 8.198k hours on GMOD.
I have fun playing on the server, online for longer than 6+ hours on weekends, 5-6 hours a day. There are currently numerous reasons why I would want to become a staff member on the PoliceRP server. One of the biggest reasons is the recent blatant increment in rule-breakers.
I have seen a low amount of staff members online in the morning and found out most of them are AFK. I personally know many players who quite want to play the server without rule-breaking, I do not want players to leave the server just because none of them decided to mess around.

ADHD isn't a big issue.
