Denied SCO-19 (Replace a weapon)

Suggestion:
replace the m3 super 90 with the m4 super 90

How will this benefit the community:
it will benefit SCO more really, the m3 super 90 is not used that much and is not really that good the m4 has good fire rate and damage wand will help out in the SCO a lot and will help with situations involving firearms. We need this gun to kill those criminals!

Just replace the m3 with the m4 all around. No point in having the 3

-1 to both suggestions (Rob's and Jordz's) I don't see why SCO should get even more armoury upgrades when your already the best equipped department and I'm pretty sure FZN has denied a exact or similar suggestion like it for the same reason, to robs suggestion there would be no point having both, the M4 should remain a criminal weapon (Custom jobs, Black market gun dealer etc)
