Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:
2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM (Random Death Match) is when another player randomly kills another player for no reason. Example 1: User1 is walking to the dealership to get his car and User2 snipes User1 out of nowhere. Example: User1 has just loaded into the game and he decides to call User2 a retard for no reason. User2 then kills User1 for calling him a retard.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR (New Life Rule) is when someone is killed and they come back to the same location within 5 minutes of dying there. Example 1: PoliceOfficer1 is in a PD raid and is killed during it. PoliceOfficer1 then returns back to the PD raid as soon as he respawns. Example 2: Thief1 raids Royal Syndicate Base and Royal Syndicate kill Thief1. Thief1 then gets angry and returns back to the Royal Syndicate Base to get revenge as soon as he respawns.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FearRP is when 2 or more people are threatening you with a weapon and you pull out some kind of weapon and use it against them. Example 1: 3 Royal Syndicate go up to a Thief and advert kidnapping. They all have guns pointed at the Thief. The Thief then pulls out a knife and kills all 3 Royal Syndicate. Example 2: A PCSO is being kidnapped. All of his weapons and comms have been stripped. Whilst the PCSO is being transported by the kidnappers in a vehicle the PCSO presses his panic button and uses his radio.
2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples:
Homophobia is when someone insults someone's sexuality. Example 1: User1 comes up to User2 and calls User2 gay for no reason. Example 2: There is a PD raid and a Police Constable goes into the armoury and the raiders kill the Police Officer and the police officer rages and calls them gay.
2.5 What is racism and provide two examples:
Racism is when someone insults another's race. Example 1: A troller joins the game for the first time and drives around shouting the N word through his mic. Example 2: User1 is RDM'd by User2. User1 is angry about the situation so he decides to pm User2 saying that all black people should be killed.
Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:
2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would take William and Joe to a rooftop so other players don't get in the way. Secondly, I would Ask William if he was aware that he is not allowed to steal NHS vehicles. If William complied and understood that he had done wrong then I would warn him for Stealing NHS vehicles and jail him for 300 seconds and tell him to read over the rules. I would then take Joe back to the hospital to get his ambulance.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would take William and Joe to a rooftop so other players don't get in the way. I would then check logs to see if William adverted PD raid. If William advert PD raid then I would just tell them that everything was ok and that William did nothing wrong. I would then return them. However, If William didn't advert then I would get a Higher ranking admin to ban him as I do not have the permission to ban as a Trial-Moderator.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would take William and Joe to a rooftop so other players don't get in the way. I would then ask Joe why he has built a base on the sidewalk as a Drug Dealer. I would then let Joe know that he cannot build on the sidewalk as a Drug Dealer and that it is Hobo only. I would then check logs to see if William adverted if he adverted then I would warn William for NLR due to him going back after being killed. If William didn't advert then I would warn him for FTA, NLR, RDM.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would take Joe to a rooftop so other players don't get in the way. I would then ask Joe why he did a bombing when there was a PD meeting on and it clearly stated in the chat that there was no major crimes. Secondly, I would get a higher ranking admin to ban him for mass rdm as he cannot bomb whilst there is a PD meeting ongoing.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I believe you should choose me over other applicants as I believe that I can bring a lot to riverside such as being on late when other staff aren't on and being on most days so I can help make the server a better place for people to play.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
If I was in a situation that I didn't know how to handle I would ask another staff member for some assistance.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yes. Only on small servers tho.

I wake up fairly late due to coming off at early hours of the morning so will be on during later times.
I am in school so I can't be on at school times

I would like to be a staff member because lately I have seen a lot of people messing around when there isn't many staff on. I am usually on late at night and there is no staff on so I believe that I would help a lot by being an active staff member on the nights. I also want to be a staff member as I enjoy problem solving.
