- Must have played Riverside for at least two weeks. About 8 months I think
- Cannot staff another server. I only play rsrp
- Access to Discord. Yes
- A working microphone. Of course
- Clear understanding of the rules. 100%

Other rules:
- Do not copy your application from a previously written one. GOT IT!
- Do not mention other communities by name.
- Style your application so it is easy to read.
- If your application is denied you may re-apply in one week.


Do not advertise your application in any way! This includes sending the application to members of the community and/or staff and sending links in the server chat.
Section A: Applicants background

1.1: What is your in-game name? Spoon!
1.2 How old are you? 15 (Finally)
1.3 Do you have a working microphone? Yes
1.4 How long have you been playing Riverside? 7-8MONTHS
1.5 Are you fluent in English? yes

Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:


2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM (Random Death Match) Is when a player kills someone with no solid/valid RP reason
Example 1: A citizen gets a gun and guns down an officer for "I hate pigs". This would be RDM as that is just not a valid reason to kill someone.
Example 2: A Lawyer is in an argument with a Player, Gets mad and kills the player. This would be RDM.


2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR (New Life Rule!) Is the rule that you are note aloud to remember anything Within 5 minutes leading up to your death in the previous life. This includes where you died. You are not aloud to return to the same place for 5 minutes after your death. You may not return if it is the same situation (Even if it is 5 minutes later!).
Example 1: Gatekeeper's base is getting raided, Gateskeeper dies, Waits 5 minutes and returns while the raid is still in motion / active, This would be breaking NLR as it's the same situation.

Example 2: A guy Is mugged at mall by Jeff and Jeff kills him. 10 minutes later and finds jeff, He then attempts to get Jeff arrested for mugging him. This would be breaking NLR as he is not aloud to remember how he died.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP is when a player must treat his persons life as his own, If he is outnumbered or our gunned they must comply with every request to keep themselves alive.
Example 1: John is getting kidnapped by 6 people all armed with guns, he says no and runs away. This would be breaking fearRP because he is outnumbered.
Example 2: A man is mugging a citizen with a KSG shotgun, the citizen only has a knife. The citizen pulls out the knife and kills the hitman. This would be breaking FearRP as he is outgunned in this situation.

2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is the act of discrimination or hate towards a member of the LGBTQ+ community based on their sexuality.
Example 1: Joe is gay and he doesn't mid who knows, A guy finds out and calls him a "f*g". This is out of order and should be warned.

Example 2: A girl is transgender and has told people that she prefers she/her pronouns. Someone knows this and purposely calls her by the wrong pronouns, this is homophobia.

2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is the act of discrimination or hate towards a group of people based on their race/ethnicity.
Example 1: Some one calls a black man a co*n" This is a racial slur.
Example 2: A man is followed around by a group of people calling him a "cotton picker"

Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would ask if their is any clips available in the sit, If their was I would explain what rules where broken and by who, I would warn/jail appropriately. If no clips where available I would ask for both sides of the story, I would then check logs for lockpicks and chat logs, I would inform Joe that he adverted but he isn't aloud to commit crimes against NHS, and warn him it.

2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would ask for any clips available. I would then come to a verdict based of what I saw. If no clips are available I would check logs to see where Joe died if it was in PD I would say he has not breached any rules what so ever, If it was out of PD, I would ask if Joe wants him warned and let them talk it out, If Joe doesn't want him warned I would verbal him.

2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would check logs verifying every thing in the sit was true and let Joe know he can't base on the streets, I warn William for NLR and FTA. Then refer them both to the rules.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would check if the bombing advert was before or after the PD Meeting advert, If it was a phew seconds after I would allow Joe and tell him to be careful. If it was a phew minutes after I would warn him for MRDM. Tell him to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I am spoon, I'm active, I am positive, I am professional. I am reliable

3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
Request other SOD to the sit if they are free or ask in staff chat.

3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? Yes

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: super active, Understanding, friendly

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: Age, School, Time limit on week days

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member? TO HELP RSRP, To also be able to help other people get used to RSRP!

3.7: Do you have any disabilities (or other issues) that may impact your ability as staff? Mild ADHD.

Application looks good, you have a good understanding of the rules and you are active on the server although you do have a lot of warns

All though you have a high amount of Warnings you have improved on your maturity compared from the last time you was staff, though at times you do get carried away at times to which end your maturity Slips and lets you down.

I do believe that you have matured to a level that you could become staff, my only issue would be sometimes you may say things at the wrong time. I think sometimes you need to know the right place and time to have a joke and when to be serious. However, I know that you have minimal warns over the past few weeks, and you have been improving your reputation amongst other members of the community, but I can still see issues with your behaviour and can see that there would be drastic issues down the line if those were addressed such as messing around with friends while on duty.

This being said, I would not be opposed to you being staff assuming that you act mature and ensure that you keep yourself professional. Wish you luck for the rest of your application!

Not had many good experiences with you but people say you're professional. Your previous staffing experience says to me you are not fit for staff, however your application does look alright.

Has for sure improved his behaviour since he was last staff, matured a lot and is now an active, fun and respectable member imo. I think he deserves another chance at staff!
