Information about the incident. Please include as much detail as possible: Cian was an undercover NCA agent disguised as a Hotel Manager. Another member of the server asked in OOC if hotel managers were allowed to have AR’s which spiked my curiosity, so I baited him into arresting me to test if he was an undercover and he was. I then checked logs since in the past Cian has spawned weapons and equipment in while on GOV jobs and I was curious to see if he still did this. He did in fact spawn in an m16 and after confirming on NCA handbook and with a HUM in NCA I discovered this is not a gun you can access on NCA.
