Suggestion:Add a rule that states that there needs to be atleast 2 pd officers on to make drugs and do printers
How will this benefit the community:It will reduce the non-rp money farming in the middle of the night when there is no treath from pd.

might aswell add a rule where going over the speed limit isn't allowed unless theres 2+ PD on -1

I see where you're coming from, but I don't think Riverside should further limit individuals committing crimes. May lead to discouraging people to go on criminal at all.
