2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: Random Deathmatch which is where someone is killed without a RP reason or randomly.
Example 1: Someone has killed someone with no RP reason.
Example 2: Someone has walked into PD and killed an officer without a valid RP reason/advert with certain jobs.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: New Life Rule means you can't remember anything that happened in the your last RP. You must carry on as a new life with no memories of what happened in your previous life. It also means you cannot return to where you have just died for a period of time..
Example 1: You have just been killed in a raid and have just respawned and gone back to the raid without waiting the NLR time.
Example 2: Someone kills you and you respawn straight away and kill them again.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: Value your life as if it was real life so don't do anything when being threatened with your life being taken that could risk your life.
Example 1: If someone with a gun threatens that if you don't do something (E.G Enter a kidnapping cage) then you must do what they say.
Example 2: Police have just arrested you and threaten with a gun to get into a car you must follow what they are saying.

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Bring both parties to a sit and ask for both sides of the story. Explain to William that taking NHS vehicles is against the rules. Then check chat logs and check how many warns William has. If the chat logs show that no advert was placed warn William for both stealing NHS vehicles and Failing to advert. Then return them both to continue with their RP.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Bring them to a sit and check chat logs to see if he adverted PD Raid. If he did then check that all the rules were followed for raiding the PD and explain to Joe that William has followed the rules. If William didn't advertise Police Raid I would ask a moderator to Ban him for 5 weeks for Mass RDM.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Remind Joe that only hobos can build on the sidewalk. Warn William for NLR and RDM.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Get a Higher Up Moderator to Ban Joe for 5 Weeks for Mass RDM after reminding him that during a PD meeting, no major crimes can occur.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? - I am active and sensible and I always make sure evidence is there before taking any action to avoid false bans/warns/kicks
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? - I would contact someone higher up who was on duty or ask someone who is higher up who wasn't on duty as staff for advice.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? - Yes
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: Calm, Good problem solving, Good judgement
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: None
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member? - Riverside is my favourite community to play on and like most people, I hate when people ruin it by breaking the rules of RP. I've had many RPs ruined by people failing to follow FearRP, NLR etc and it is always annoying when it happens. Also I am very active and will be calm and collected while dealing with sits to make sure the correct outcome comes from it. Even when people are angry at me and shouting, I can stay calm and deal with the situation correctly and fair. I want to help riverside out and make it a better place to RP.
