Well first off you cant steal NHS vehicles and Joe should of reported him for Fail RP and you will warn William and if he keeps on doing it, it will reusult in a ban.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Dose not matter if its a PD raid William cant shoot civs only PD members
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First of it would be Fail Rp he did not advert and 2nd he broke NLR so yo would jail William.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I would like to join the Staff Team to help players enjoy the server rather than seeing it as a chaotic server as it can sometimes become without enough Staff intervention. If someone needs help with common issues like RDM, VDM,Prop abuse, etc… I would like to assist in helping find the correct and calm answer to the situation. Some people get a case every two seconds and it bugs them so they start to get irritated and sloppy and they would like to find shortcuts to get the cases done sooner. I plan to help with bugs within the server, and any common issues and problems people have I would like to fix. I would like to be of help because of the hours I am on and to create a fun and nonchaotic environment for the players.i also have extremly good avaliability I’m usually available at nearly any time of the day to hop on the server and help with tickets when things get out of control. I am also very patient with players, so a lot of incoming tickets or stressful situations will not make it difficult for me to focus and calmly handle situations. I am an unbias person who even if I may not love to do is then capable of taking a sit on anyone even those I like and giving fair and just punishments. If I have to take tickets for a couple of hours straight that is perfectly fine with me and won't upset me or harm my ability to calmly handle the situations. I have had issues where there are only one or two active Staff Members available and it impacts their ability to calmly handle tickets and that is something I will not do. would also like to help as many people as possible and make the server a good experience for all who join. I plan on expanding myself to all categories to help as many people as possible, this means if a challenge comes my way I will work as hard as I can to solve it and grow.
