Why should we unban you?: I felt threatened at the time and saw a man with a gun in spawn i proceeded to shoot him and my mouse jammed causing my 100 round mag to be fully emptied without being able to stop it. Since this was frightening for me I was also swinging my mouse around and happened to execute around 8 others in the spawn area. This was an honest mistake and I hope the member of staff looking upon this paragraph grants me the honour of being un-banned.

From the clip provided its very clear it was not "Panic Swinging your mouse" and your mouse was having no problem to stop shooting when looking for the next person to kill. Next time if you have "Mouse Problems" when having a gun out look at the floor and not for people to kill.
