For countering combat situations that don't require an advert (which involve someone on the same custom job, faction or gang being shot at), you do not need to advert counter. his point is that you cant advert counter because your not affiliated but that only applies on a counter arrest so it was a false warn by what hes saying has 0 logical sense and hes also saying that it was over when it hasnt even been 30 seconds for people to advert assist and counter
