Why should we remove the warning?:He handled his own sit, was setting up for a bp raid about to advert and he walked in with his gun out so i shot him then adverted later on i would of adverted if he hadnt respawned and froze me

You did not have any RP reason to kill him and if you mean the 10 seconds delay then it does say that all adverts may have a maximum delay of 10 seconds after initiating lockpicking but you were not lockpicking nor did you advert before killing him.
