Whats LTARP and why ban me for it?

i got raided by Dababy and i said i was gonna move base and started deleting my weed stuff so i can spawn it in somewhere else (the weed stuff was already grown and harvested) and he respawned me so i cant move base, i then left because i had to write my CV for college and had more important things to do than to wait around to be raided again, i then try to join the server a few hours later and i got banned for LTARP, what is LTARP and why was i banned for it?
Dababy also banned me for LTAP for 5 days before and it wouldnt let me appeal my ban, i didnt even know i was gonna be pulled into a sit and i got off because it was late and wanted to sleep for college the next day, idk what i even did to be pulled into a sit.
