(ANSWER) I would say "It Was A PD Raid if you where there when he done the raid and killed you during the raid then its probably because you was in the raid and weren't helping him" However If Joe was not at the raid the i would warn him for rdm if he keeps rdming people i will kick him when he joins back and does it again i will ban him

William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?(ANSWER) I Would Check Logs Or Evidence If It All Adds Up I Will Warn Him For Breaking NLR And Not ADVERTING.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I Would tell him that "the commander said no major crimes if you do it again i will give you a warning now that you understand if you keep proceeding to do it again you will be banned".

I do feel like your reasons do need to be extended as they aren't really detailed and some of the answers during the scenario seem a bit questiony rather than answers.

My following reasons for this are;

I have had multiple RP and Admin/Sit related encounters with yourself and have never heard you use your microphone.

2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
When you die you cant go back for a certain amount of time

Vague definition. Would have liked to see more expansion of the definition, potentially explaining how the "New Life Rule" implies on how you theoretically live a new life and do not remember your previous one. Same goes for RP situations and grudges for example. In addition to this, you have not stated the time period for when NLR is in effect.

2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:

Failure to state the rule that Joe has broken. Drug Dealers are not allowed to build on sidewalks. This is only allowed for the hobo job if they don't block the entire sidewalk. Another vague answer in accordance to answering what steps you would take to resolve the situation. Answer shows lack of detail.

Hoped to see 3 personal weaknesses. I wouldn't see these as personal, these are rather situational weaknesses. If you inputted personal weaknesses you can then explain how that weakness makes you a better person for example. "One of my weaknesses is patience, this may seem like a weakness but it helps me complete work quicker". Also failed to add a 3rd weakness.

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?

Quite vague answer as only 1 sentence. You could maybe have added on about the positives of the community and why being an addition to the staff team would be beneficiary for the whole server.

In addition to my points above;

1) Your first application was copied from a previously accepted application. I understand in the title of this application you have stated "NEW ONE OLD ONE I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO GET TEMPLATE SO I COPIED IT". The template is posted within the same area that applications are, I find this hard to miss and can potentially show a lack of attention to detail.
