Date of Incident: 07/08/2021 (DD/MM/YYYY)
Information: Benford was chasing my friend, "big frank" into the NCA building with a knife attempting to kill him. I adverted counter and killed Benford. A couple minutes later, Benford attempts to VDM us in a stolen (no-collided) ambulance (He was a taxi driver), FailRP's in the situation, RDM's Benford (While committing NLR) and attempts to spam props. He gets pulled into a sit about 5 minutes before restart by Finnley, where he attempts to leave the sit about 3 times, changing his story continuously.

Could also pull evidence from the kill at NCA, but didn't seem neccessary in my eyes. Could also clip the sit, but I'm sure finnley24 recalls his behaviour during the sit.
