How will this benefit the community: Bringing back this will encourage people to follow the speed limits and it gives more factors for players to think about in pursuits. It will also make the pursuits simpler for gov where going fast can be countered more effectively with skilled driving. For example, if someone is just speeding around and VDMs someone, they'll be warned. This means players will be reluctant to speed around corners not caring. Understandably, this could result in players abusing this when staff aren't on. But you get that sometimes anyway.
