Broken and very expensive car tows

Everytime now that i seem to tow my car (atleast from the basic car dealer) it says towed for 92, which i assume is how much it should be.
Except it doesnt take 92 it takes somewhere from 600- up to 3000 (may be more honestly)
In the video it shows i have 2.5k, but somehow 92 pounds withdraw makes it 900, probably lost around 10-15k because of this glitch
Pls fix ASAP
