2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM stands for Random Death match an example is when one decides to kill the other for no roleplay reason.
Example 1: Player 1 killed player 2 for no reason.
Example 2: Player 1 Killed player 2 because player 2 crashed into their car.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR stands for new life rule which means if you die you cannot go back to the place of death for a certain amount of time.

Example 1: Player 1 and Player 2 are holding player 3 at gunpoint and player 3 pulls out his gun and try's to kill them.

2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is the dislike or negative feelings/attitude towards homosexuality or people who identify as being gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.
Example 1: Player 1 gets killed by player 2 and calls him gay or a different racial slur.
Example 2: player 1 makes a homophobic comment towards player 2 who is transgender and tells them they shouldn't play Gmod because they are transgender.
2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is where someone treats another person differently because of their skin colour/race this could be from just treating them differently to calling them racial slurs and worse for example someone who speaks a different language, or someone who has different religious beliefs etc.
Example 1: Player 1 decides to start typing in chat a certain racial slur.
Example 2: Player 1 kills player 2 and says it's for being a different skin colour.

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First of all, I would make sure bring William to a calm place out of the roleplay area then I would check logs to confirm the rule break then I would explain the rule broken and either jail him and ask him to read over the rules or warn him for Criminal activity against the NHS depending on the situation
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First of all, I would bring Joe to a safe place then I would have him give me his explanation on what happened then I would bring William and have him do the same then check logs to confirm the rule breaks then if William didn’t advert, I would warn him for RDM x6 then I would tell him that you have to advert to raid pd and ask him to read the rules.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Firstly, I would bring Joe and William and have them both explain to me their version of events then I would explain to joe that he cannot base on the sidewalk unless he is the hobo job and warn or verbally warn him for building on the sidewalk then I would check logs to confirm if there was a rule break or not If William did not advert I would explain to him that you have to advert when raiding a base and warn them for FTA then I would explain to William that you cannot return to a situation that he has already died in and cannot kill someone for no reason and warn them for RDM & NLR.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Firstly, I would bring joe and explain to him that you cannot raid pd during a pd meeting and then have a higher-ranking staff member to ban them for Mass RDM.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I think you should choose me because I have experience being staff on this server and being on the server in general, I have good activity on this server and I am committed to staff on this server and help to maintain players have a rule break free roleplaying experience.
3.2: If you were in a situation, you did not know how to handle what would you do? If I ever found myself in this situation, I would message a higher member of staff and ask and then take the appropriate action.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? I used to be staff on this server back in 2019. And for other communities in the past.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: Some Experience, activity and decent communication skills.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when your staff: I have my exams (GCSE’s) very soon so I may not be as active as much as I'd like to for a couple of weeks and I would mostly be active during the afternoon/night and not so much in the mornings these are the only two weaknesses that I can think off that may affect me.
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member? The reason I would like to be a staff member is because I would like to help out and make sure everyone gets to have a fun roleplaying experience without any rules breaks and if anyone has any questions or concerns, I would happily answer them to the best of my knowledge I really do enjoy playing on this server and being a part of this community so I would love to be able to do my part to help.
