2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:RDM Stands for Random Deathmatch means killing someone with no rp interaction As Example: Collins gets gun and he shoots everyone without doing rp. | Devonte sees a passing car and he thinks this car shoud be mine and shoots the driver
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR Stand for New Life Rule. It means When you died you born as a different pearson so you cant go to same situation/pearson and you cant remember things from your past life. As example: Johnatan is a cop he sees somebody doing carjack and he tries to arrest them but suspects pull out a gun and kill him. then he tells other officers that he stoled a car and arrests him with other officers | Josh tries to mug jackson but jackson fails to pay and josh killes him jackson get mad about this and when he spawned he straightly goes josh and stab him
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: Fear RP is when there is life thretning situation and there is no change to survive without following commands so player shoud listen commands As Example : Tony tries to stab them when 3 armed terorists tries to kidnap him | Kelly as a unarmed pcso officer is in pursuit alone with a car and than car stops 3 armed man exits vehlice and pointing guns at kelly. Kelly exits vehlice and tries to tase them

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? ı will bring them to quiet place and listen both of them and than ı will check logs if william adverted and ı will tell him you can steal another vehlices with writing carjack but not NHS vehlices and cannot do any crimes to NHS i will check his warns if he dont have any warns for stealing NHS vehlices and if he is new player i will verbaly warn him and tell him to read the rules . Otherwise i will warn him for stealing an NHS vehlice
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Firstly i will bring both of them to quiet place and then ı will listen both of them ı will ask joe where he was standing during pd raid if william says another thing ı will ask for proof if he has no proof ı will check is william killed mostly civilians or pd members if mostly pd members i will verbaly warn william
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First i will warn william for FTA and Rdm Then ask joe to switch his job to hobo or delete his base i will tell both of them to read the rules
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? i will look when joe exploded the bomb if it was after the 5-10 secs from the first advert ı think he coudnt see it but if it was after that i will tell joe he is gonna banned for MRDM and ı will ban him than i will revive everybody that died on that incident so they can continue to their RP

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I spend over 2 years on Rp servers ı know rules well ı dont have a single warn, ı know how to do rp and ı can be active in mornings, late nights ım active on discourt too so players can be in touch with me everytime
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? if higher admin is on server i will explain the stiuation to him/her before making the decision if ı cannot get in touch ingame i will get in touch via discourt i will lister him/her advise than i will make decision
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? No ı dont have
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: can be 1- active for long hours in late nights, mornings
2-I know rules well and how to do rp 3-i think i have mature and helping personalty so i will make decisions as mature and fair

1- ı cannot be active more than 2 hours in school time
2- my accent
3- sometimes ı can give decisions slow and think more for that
