Suggestion: Give Undercover NCA Armour And Pro Lockpick
How will this benefit the community: Undercover NCA have a problem arresting people because they may have to get into the PD which can be a struggle at some times, so I suggest we give undercover NCA Pro Lockpicks and armour on spawn to get into the PD easier. I also suggest we give undercover NCA armour to help at times to help them save £10,000 and just help NCA.

You guys don't need pro lockpick, from a cop prospective if you see someone lockpicking there way in to PD you're going to arrest them. If anything, NCA Undercover keys should work on the doors (They don't but you can suggest that instead of a lockpick). - You have access to the armoury.
