(Example 1) Dale walked up to a man AFK and stabbed him and ran off.
(Example 2) Spicy was involved in a situation and shot a man across the street standing there talking to a staff member
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: New Life Rule aka going back to the same place you died in an RP and killing them because they just killed you.
(Example 1) Dale was robbing the bank and got killed by SCO he then spawned near NCA and went back to the bank to kill the SCO and continue robbing the bank.
(Example 2) Spicy was robbing a PD car and died when crashing into a tree, spicy runs back to the car after he died and stole it again.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: Fear RP is when you do something in game that any person IRL would be to scared to do aka running away from 4 members that all have guns out and pointed at you.
(Example 1) Dale was confronted by 3players that all had their weapon out and pointed at him and dale ran away from them.
(Example 2) Spicy was attempting to mug someone and had his weapon pulled out and pointed at the member he was mugging, the member then pulled out his gun and shot Spicy.
2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is when a person dislikes a person just for being of a different sexuality.
(Example 1) Dale was talking to a person and revealed that he was gay the person then turns round and call Dale a "Faggot".
(Example 2) Spicy was talking to another member and a person drove past and called him a "homo weirdo"
2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is when a person dislikes another person for being a different race to them (black,arabic,muslim etc)
(Example 1) Spicy was getting called a terrorist for being a muslim
(Example 2) Dale was talking to another member the member revealed that he was African American and dale called him the "N word"

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would firstly mention to William that he is correct for adverting carjack but was not allowed to steal NHS member vehicles as that violates the rule of "Crimes against NHS" I would then speak to Joe and tell him that he did advert carjack but was not allowed to steal NHS vehicle. I would then proceed to look at Williams warns to see if he had done that in the past and if not verbally warn him as he may not know the rules but if he had done it before warn him a second time for Crimes Against NHS.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would firstly see if William had adverted PD raid and if he did ask for any proof that Joe was in or around PD and whether or not he was countering or a PD member during the raid. I would then possibly ban William for mass RDM if he did not advert and had warnings for RDM.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would firstly tell Joe that he must be a Hobo to build on the sidewalk, then talk to William about making sure to advert when raiding bases even if they are built on the sidewalk. I would then warn William for NLR as he bought a new gun and killed joe. also verbally warn joe for building on the sidewalk as a drug dealer unless he had a previous warn for it then i would warn him for that instead.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would firstly talk to William and joe to see if joe had adverted before the PD meeting started, if not I would warn joe for doing major crimes during a PD meeting.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? You should choose me over other applicants as I have been playing this server off and on but recently quite a fair bit since 2019, I am mature and know the common sense rules as well as the full rules of the server even though they have slightly changed since 2019, I know the map like the back of my hand as well as how to sort situations out correctly. I am frequently on the server and have rarely been much trouble during the time I have played on this server.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? I would call another more senior staff member for advice on how to correctly support the person making the sit and what the correct actions must be to help the person out.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? I had a little bit of experience in the DarkRP server I used to be in but it has now shut down unfortunately, I also used to run my own Darkrp server for a short while.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: I am active, I liked to respect everyone that plays and treat them fairly, I am a confident and quick learner.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: I have a fulltime job working as a Chef, I have a couple warnings,
