Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:
2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM is where a person kills another person without a roleplay reason to do it.
1. Lets say player 1 walks up to player 2 and pulls out a gun and kills him without no valid roleplay reason to do so that would be rdm.
2.Lets say someone asked player 1 to kill player 2 so then player 1 pulls out a gun and kills player 2 without a roleplay reason to do so.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR is where if player 1 kills player 2 lets say in a pd raid and player 2 come back a minute after that would be considered nlr and they can not interact with their previous life and can't come back for 5 minutes.
1. Lets say player 1 pd raids and kills player 2 in the process and then player 2 comes back 2 minutes after and kills player 1 that would be nlr because player 2 has came back 2 minutes after his previous life.
2.Lets say player 1 has kidnapped player 2 and wants 100k or the hostage dies once the negotiator and all demands are met and player 1 lets player 2 go and sco start shooting at player 1 but player 1 is quite good with guns and kills 3 sco and one of those sco come back and kills player 1 that would be nlr because he has came back before 5 minutes and interacted with his previous life.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP is when 2 people aim the gun at somebody and they are outnumbered that would be freaRP.
1. 1.Lets say player 1 is walking down the street and player 2 and player 3 come up to player 1 and player 2 and player 3 aims guns at player 1 that would mean player 1 is under fearRP and would have to follow player 2 and player 3 commands.
2. Lets say player 1 is in a car chase with player 2 and player 3 and player ones car blows up then player 2 and player 3 have guns pointed at player 1 that would be fearRP but then player 1 starts running away from player 2 and player 3 that would be breaking fearRP.
2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is when someone doesn't support and person in the LGBTQ community.
1. Lets say player 1 has came out gay but then player 2 starts saying imagine being gay and no one likes gay people in OOC that would be homophobia.
2. Lets say player 1 has kept targeting player 2 because he is gay that would be homophobia because he keeps targeting player 2 because he is part of the LGBTQ community.
2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is where you discriminate someone because of the colour of their skin.
1. Lets say player 1 wants to be part of player 2 group but player 2 says i don't want a black person in my group that would be racism because player 2 doesn't want a black person in his group.
2. Lets say player 1 wants to buy grenades of player 2 but he says no get out of here you ni**er no one wants a black person here that would be racism because he is not selling grenades to player 1 because of the colour of his skin.

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First step I would take is I would tp them both to me and say to William you cant steal NHS vehicles and if he didn't know that I would give him a verbal warning but if he did know then I would give him a warning for stealing a NHS vehicle and then I would tp the NHS member to his car and return William.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would bring them both to me and let Joe explain his side of the story and after I would let the William explain his side of the story and then I would check logs to see if William did advert pd raid if he didn't then I would get a staff HU to ban William for 4 weeks for mass rdm.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would first tp them both to me and warn if he knew and would jail him to let him read the rules i would then check logs to see if William adverted raid if he didn't I would warn him for FTA and since he came back before 5 minutes I would warn him for NLR and also jail him so he can read the rules.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would tp them both to me so no more mess is made and check logs to see if Joe had adverted it before the pd meeting advert if he adverted it a minute after i would get a staff HU to ban Joe for 4 weeks for Mass rdm and return William.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I am a chill person that does not get angry over some mistakes and carry on having fun and trying to make the server better.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? I would see if a staff HU was on if none were on I would message a staff HU on discord and get their advice on what to do in the situation.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? No but I have seen a lot of staff members do sits and engage with people and I will take advice from it from the staff members and I wish I could be a staff member
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: I will focus on teamwork and communicate with other people i will also focus on sits and make sure not to bring up arguments.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: I wont be on from 8am till 3pm sometimes 4pm I am also in a lot of departments on riverside roleplay so sometimes I wont be on staff but mostly I will be on staff and people might make fun of my voice and age but I will stay calm if they do.
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member? I would like to be a staff member because I would like to make riverside roleplay fair and fun for the players and community.
